Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other guests and respect our team's time.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the booked service. No-shows may be charged in full and may be asked to prepay for future appointments.
For bridal packages and group bookings, longer notice periods may apply — details will be confirmed at booking.
We understand that life happens. Please message us on WhatsApp as soon as you know you need to change — we will always do our best to accommodate.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please let us know via WhatsApp. We will do our best to honour your full appointment, but if it would impact other guests we may need to shorten your service. The full service price will still apply.
Children
We love welcoming children for their own services (haircuts and bangs trims). For relaxing services like massages, facials, and longer treatments, we kindly ask that childcare be arranged so all guests can enjoy a quiet ritual.
Privacy Policy
Casa Venus respects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services — your name, contact details, appointment history, and any health or skin information you choose to share with us for treatment safety.
We never sell your information. We use it only to:
- Confirm and remind you of appointments
- Tailor your treatments and recommend products
- Occasionally share offers, news, or updates — only if you opt in

Payment
We accept cash (USD and MXN), credit and debit cards, and most digital payment methods. Tips are always appreciated and can be paid in cash or added to your card.
For some services and packages, a deposit may be required at booking. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.
Health & Safety
Your safety and wellbeing are central to every ritual. Please let us know if you are pregnant, have allergies, are taking medication, or have any medical conditions before treatment. Some services have contraindications — we will discuss alternatives.
All tools are sterilised between guests. Single-use items are used wherever possible. Our therapists follow strict hygiene standards.
